We’re Obsessed With Tween Designer Isabella Masso’s Dog Bows

Editor’s note: Have you seen the Dogster print magazine in stores? Or in the waiting room of your vet’s office? This article appeared in our April-May issue. Subscribe to Dogster and get the bimonthly magazine delivered to your home.

Isabella Masso has come a long way since the first hair ribbon she designed for a dog. In her third year of business, the young entrepreneur now sells adorable flower bows, tutus, bow ties and tuxedos through her online Isabella’s Pet Shop, and she regularly takes her products on the road to pet shows and festivals. Not impressed yet? Did we mention that Isabella is 11 years old?

The Georgia tween has big plans for the future, too. She hopes to attend Savannah College of Art and Design as well as expand her business: “I want to have a three-story building that has my workshop on the third floor, a doggie daycare on the second and my pet shop on the first. Behind the store, I’m going to have a rescue center.”

Isabella already helps homeless animals by donating a portion of her profits to rescues and shelters. Learn more about this inspiring young businesswoman at isabellaspetshop.com.
