Humans and Their Rescue Dogs Become One in ‘Reflection of Me’

Reflection of Me is one of the most eye-catching photo projects you’re ever likely to see. It’s the brainchild of the Los Angeles-based Isaac Alvarez, and it skillfully fuses the heads of various dogs onto the bodies of their human owners.

“I wanted to do this series to create awareness for rescue dogs and to bring [to] light that all breeds are not bad,” says Isaac, adding that he was “sick and tired” of people judging his own Pit Bulls.

While creating the project, Isaac asked his friends to dress in a way that matches their canine’s personality. Let’s look at a sample of Reflection of Me.
