On Nov. 29, give back this holiday season through #GivingTuesday, a global movement where individuals, communities, and organizations use social media and collaboration to celebrate and encourage giving. New York’s 92nd Street Y in partnership with the United Nations Foundation created #GivingTuesday in 2012, where people can contribute to charities, nonprofits, or events. You can donate or help animals in need, too! Organizations like Lily’s Legacy Senior Dog Sanctuary, San Diego Humane Society, and Helen Woodward Animal Center are involved.
