It’s officially summer, y’all! To celebrate, Earth Rated, a doggy lifestyle brand (you likely recognize their green poo bags and dispensers!), created a fun video showing how to make some super yummy frozen treats. These DIY “pupsicles” are a nutritious, healthy, and oh-so-tasty way to help pups stay cool during the dog days of summer! Check out the recipe and video below!
Ingredients
- ¾ cup plain, all-natural yogurt
- 2 Tbsp peanut butter (check the ingredients label for xylitol, which is toxic to dogs)
- 1 banana
- 12 dog biscuits
Directions:
Step 1: Mix ingredients until smooth.
Step 2: Pour mixture evenly into an ice cube tray.
Step 3: Insert your dog’s favorite cookies into the middle of each treat.
Step 4: Freeze until solid (2-3 hours) and enjoy!
