Singer, songwriter, and composer Julia Holter recently released a new album, To Have You In My Wilderness, and the video for the album’s first single, “Feel You,” stars an adorable dog who turns in a performance both humorous and heartbreaking. Holter recently told the Sydney Morning Herald how the dog (named Francis, belonging to Holter’s boyfriend) became the star of the video: “We actually made a whole other video and I just felt like there wasn’t enough emotion…We had planned to have Francis in it a little bit, and I was like, ‘Let’s make it all Francis, ’cause … he has these incredible eyes’.” Check out “Feel You” below.
