Cat Café Aficionado Robb S. returns with another edition of our C.O. Cat Café World Tour. “Neko Socks” is located in a Tokyo residential neighborhood, and has a dozen kittehs hanging out ready to meet you. (I dare someone- DARE ’em- to show me photos of one of these in say, Nebraska. Or Idaho.)
